This device and method was developed to graft tissues in three dimensions. It was originally conceived as a device and method to graft fat for cosmetic and reconstructive surgical applications. During the development of this enterprise, it has become apparent that the device may also have broad application to grafting stem cells to treat diseases such as peripheral arterial disease, congestive heart failure, stroke and spinal cord injury. -
Owner at Big Sky Cosmetic Surgery/Big Sky Ear, Nose and Throat
September 2011In September of 1997, I took over a solo private practice in Otolaryngology. I did this with no financial assistance other than a loan from the bank. I expanded the practice recruiting another otolaryngologist and added lines of service including allergy, audiology and cosmetic surgery. The practice grew more than six-fold and gave me experience in managing a complex medical enterprise. The practice now encompasses the broad range of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery including Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. In February of 2011, I joined Bozeman Deaconess Health Group and from the patient's perspective, the practice has continued essentially unchanged.
